No Returns or Exchanges on Opened Products
Due to the nature of our natural and personal care products, opened, used, or damaged products cannot be reused. Therefore, Akshaa Nature does not accept returns or exchanges for any products that have been opened or used once sold or delivered.
Damage After Delivery
Akshaa Nature shall not be responsible for any damage caused after successful delivery of the product.
Damaged Product on Delivery
If you receive a product in a damaged condition (such as breakage, leakage, or any other visible damage), you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear video proof of the unboxing process is mandatory
Requests without video proof or reported after 24 hours will not be accepted
Upon verification, refund or replacement will be processed at our discretion

Refund Processing Timeline
Once your return or cancellation request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
The amount will be credited via the same payment method used during checkout
Order Cancellation & Refunds
A refund is applicable only if the order is cancelled before shipping or within 24 hours of order placement, whichever is earlier
Once the order is shipped, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted
No refunds shall be made once goods are sold
